Check is at 4pm on the day of arrival. Check out is 10am on the day of departure.

Can I get an early check in?
Check-in time is typically at 4pm, but we'd be happy to get you settled in earlier if the property is ready! While early check-ins aren't guaranteed, we always strive to accommodate them whenever possible based on the cleaning schedule.
Early check-in can only be confirmed on the day of arrival. Feel free to reach out that day, and we’ll gladly check the status for you! -
Can I get a late check out?
Check out is at 10 am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the home for any incoming guests.

What do I do if I damage something?
Open communication is key! Please reach out to us promptly if any damage occurs. Our non-refundable Damage Protection Fee covers up to $1,000 for accidental damage an equivalent to an insurance-like safeguard. Property Managers will assess damages and determine the appropriate resolution, repair, or replacement at their discretion.

What if there is a hurricane or tropical storm?
In the event of a hurricane or tropical storm, Sandy Feet VR follows our standard cancellation policy. Because weather events can be unpredictable, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, to help protect your trip investment.

Are all Sandy Feet VR’s vacation rentals non smoking?
Yes! We do not allow smoking on the property for any of our units.

Will I need to purchase supplies when I am at the unit, such as toilet paper?
Our accommodations come equipped with initial supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. If you find yourself running low or in need of extra items, we've conveniently marked the nearest grocery or convenience store for each home. Furthermore, your kitchen will be adequately furnished with dishes and cooking utensils. Should you require additional supplies, they are readily available at any of our nearby grocery stores.

Can I bring my pet with me on vacation?
Several of our properties are dog friendly! We welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes – look for the paw-print on any of our property listings to quickly determine if a property is pet friendly. If your four-legged family member will be joining you, please let us know ahead of time. We do have a non-refundable pet fee. Please note, currently none of our owners allow cats at their properties.

Customers will receive comprehensive check-in instructions 48 hours before their arrival, containing passwords, parking directions, and any other essential information for their stay in our rentals.

Do your beach vacation rentals include beach supplies?
The supplies provided in our rentals may vary, but the majority of them include essential beach items like beach chairs and towels. Some rentals go above and beyond, offering additional amenities such as paddle boards, kayaks, games, balls, and more!

Guests will be supplied with all necessary linens, towels, and beach towels during their stay.

Do your vacation rentals include WiFi?
Certainly! All our rental accommodations come with complimentary WiFi. You will receive the password along with your check-in instructions 48 hours prior to your arrival.

After booking, you’ll receive an email with a password to access our Happy Stays App. The app is filled with helpful local information, including recommended restaurants, shopping, activities, and upcoming events in the area.

What is your cancellation policy?
● A reservation is confirmed once we receive a 25% deposit of the total booking amount.
● There is free cancellation if done within 24 hours: You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
(Please note: This does not apply to last-minute bookings or anything booked within 14 days of arrival).
● If you cancel at least 45 days before arrival, you will receive your deposit refunded to your original payment method, minus a 6% processing fee.
(Travel insurance premiums and condo fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.)
● 30 days before check-in the full balance is due and non-refundable.
