Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- A reservation is confirmed once we receive a 25% deposit of the total booking amount.
- Free Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
- You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
(Please note: This does not apply to last-minute bookings – anything booked within 14 days of arrival).
- You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
- 45+ Days Before Check-In:
Cancel at least 45 days before arrival and receive your deposit refunded to your original payment method, minus a 6% processing fee.
(Travel insurance premiums and condo fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.) - 30 Days Before Check-In:
The full balance is due and non-refundable.
