Important Pool Closure & Construction Notice – Crescent Beach Club Build #2
- Beginning October 26, 2026, the pool at Build #2 will be closed.
- Alternative Pool Access: Guests may use the pool at Build #1 during the closure.
- Closure Duration: The pool will remain closed during construction on the B, C, D, and E stacks until the swing stages move to the A stack.
- There is no confirmed reopening date due to weather and construction uncertainties.

- No same-day bookings (7-day lead time required for condo approval)
- Two-week minimum stay during peak season (Feb–April)
- One-week minimum during non-peak season
- $150 application fee required
- Photo ID and email required for application
- An electronic rental agreement is required

Pool & Hot Tub Rules:
- No swim diapers permitted
- Children must be potty-trained to use the pool or hot tub
- Children must be at least 6 years old to use the hot tub
