~ A rental agreement will have to be electronically signed.

~ This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.
No Swim Diapers allowed
~ Children who are not potty-trained are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
~ Children must be at least 6 years old to enjoy the Hot Tub
