~ The Gulf-facing balcony is currently closed for repairs; however, you can still enjoy stunning Gulf views comfortably from inside the condo.

~ There are two additional private balconies available for your use—one off the guest bedroom and another off the kitchen. Both overlook the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway and offer a relaxing spot to sit outside, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the scenic views.

~ Please note that the pool in Building #1 is temporarily closed. Guests are welcome to use the pool located at Building #2 during their stay.

~ You may experience occasional construction noise during standard business hours as the balcony work is being completed.

~ To reflect these temporary inconveniences, the property is currently offered at significantly discounted rates.

Rules and Regulations:

~No same-day bookings; 4-day lead time required for lease approval

~Two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April), one week during non-peak season

~An application fee of $150 is charged upon booking

~Your email & a picture of your photo ID are required to submit the application

~A rental agreement will have to be electronically signed.

~ No Pets Allowed

~ This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.





PARKING

Parking is available for two vehicles. Only under the building, parking, and vehicles cannot exceed 6'6", including items on the roof of the vehicle. 



SUPPLIES: To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.
