• Guests may use the CBC II Pool during this time (access through the garage gate; no fob required)

Booking Policies
~No same-day bookings; 7-day lead time required for lease approval
~Two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April), one week during non-peak season
~An application fee of $150 is charged upon booking
~Your email & a picture of your photo ID are required to submit the application
~A rental agreement will have to be electronically signed.
~To ensure a responsible and safe environment, at least one guest in your party must be 25 years of age or older.
Pool & Hot Tub Rules
- No swim diapers permitted
- Children must be potty-trained to use the pool or hot tub
- Children must be at least 6 years old to use the hot tub
Starter Supplies Included
We provide starter essentials to help you settle in comfortably: Toilet paper, Paper towels, Trash bags, and Dish soap. Guests will need to replenish additional supplies as needed during their stay.
