This spacious, contemporary 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has it all! Enjoy views of the Gulf of America from the living room, master bedroom & balcony!  🏖️You will have plenty of space for the whole family with this open floor plan and spacious living area! This condo also comes equipped with a full kitchen that features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. 

The main suite includes balcony access, a king bed, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom. This ensuite includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and toilet. The second bedroom boasts both a queen bed and a bonus twin bunk bed, plus an adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combo and toilet. The third bedroom is also adjacent to the bathroom and features a comfy queen-size bed. 🛏️

🎈The condo's grounds have recently undergone a facelift, showcasing a newly surfaced tennis court and a revamped pool deck, a lounging area with canopy umbrellas, chairs, and corn hole games. Relax by the large beachside heated pool and hot tub, surrounded by numerous loungers on the deck. A BBQ area with gas grills and tiki benches, as well as pool area restrooms, adds to the convenience and enjoyment of your stay.
