~ $150 application Fee charged at the time of booking.
~ No Pets Allowed
~ This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.
PARKING
~ Parking is available for two vehicles. No back-in parking is permitted. Under the building parking and vehicles cannot exceed 6'3", including items on the roof of the vehicle. please ensure your parking passes from the guard gate are displayed at all times to avoid a fine and or towing.
