~ Property consists of two buildings with a garden courtyard, picnic patio and the swimming pool in between.
~ A spacious sundeck with two BBQ grills, picnic tables, and numerous lounge chairs occupies the entire breadth of the beachfront.
~ An additional south-facing sundeck can be enjoyed on the second floor of the south building.
~ Two private sandy paths meander westward through the dunes to our exquisite natural beach.
~ Heated Community Pool

~ Washer/dryer available on 3rd floor (Shared at complex - credit card laundry)
LOCATION/GETTING AROUND
The Belleair Beach Club is located close to Clearwater Beach in Belleair Beach. It's an affluent community - small town peaceful feel but just minutes to the night life of Clearwater Beach and St Petersburg Beach. This location is the best of both worlds! You will love this unit and Belleair Beach!

~ Dog-friendly complex, but no dogs allowed on the beach.

~ This is a smoke free property. NO SMOKING permitted on the premises. Violations of this rule is grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind and a $500 fine.
~ Only 1 parking space per unit
