We had such a fun-filled, relaxing time in our home away from home filled with everything we needed for the week! The unit was equipped with so many extras & was decorated beautifully. If you’re coming to Clearwater this is the place to stay. It is obvious that the hosts intentionally added little touches to make our stay one of the best we have ever had! ⛱️☀️

"Outstanding on every score! We are not easily impressed, but this facility, location and service are as good as it gets! A luxurious condo with a million-dollar view of the gulf, an outstanding pool, a very well-equipped exercise room, and an extremely attentive management team made this a terrific stay! 5 stars to say the least!!!"

Downtown Clearwater, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses, water sports, boat rentals, and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) or the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.
COMPLEX RULES
~ No same-day bookings - 4-day lead time required to turn in lease to CBC complex for approval.
~ This condo requires a two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April). Minimum of one week during non-peak
~ Application is Required
~ $150 application Fee charged at the time of booking.
~ No Pets Allowed
~ This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.
PARKING
~ Parking is available for two vehicles. No back-in parking is permitted. Only under the building parking and vehicles cannot exceed 6'3", including items on the roof of the vehicle. please ensure your parking passes from the guard gate are displayed at all times to avoid a fine and or towing.
