Bedrooms:
~ Master Bedroom: Rest easy in the tranquil master bedroom featuring a plush king-sized bed, soft linens, and ample storage space for your belongings. Wake up feeling refreshed, and step outside for a morning coffee on your private back patio.
~ Guest Bedroom: The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a full-size bed plus a bunk bed (2 twins) perfect for children or additional guests. Nautical décor and large windows create a bright, cheerful atmosphere. (Pack 'n Play is available as well!)

The cottage's pristine bathroom offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, fresh towels, and all the essentials you need to freshen up after a day at the beach.

Living Room: 
Relax in the inviting living room, furnished with comfortable seating and a smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows and movies. Kick back, watch a movie, or simply unwind after a day of beachcombing.

Kitchen: 
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and utensils to make meal preparation a breeze. Including Stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, dishware & flatware, a knife set, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, and more!

~ Gas BBQ Grill: A propane gas BBQ grill is also situated on the back patio and available for use during your stay.
~ Covered Patio: Enjoy al fresco dining and lounge on the shaded patio, complete with outdoor furniture for your comfort.
~ Fenced-in Yard: A huge secure and private yard is perfect for kids and pets to play freely. We welcome well-behaved furry family members.
~ Outdoor Shower: After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, surrounded by lush greenery for added privacy.
~ Shed: There is a shed at this house full of beach supplies with beach chairs and sand toys there are also two paddle boards.

Our cottage is situated just a short stroll from the powdery sands of Indian Rocks Beach. (2 blocks leading straight to a crosswalk signal to guide you safely to the beach). Spend your days basking in the Florida sunshine, collecting seashells, or swimming in the warm Gulf waters. This charming coastal community is also known for its local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options, all within easy reach.

🚗Parking for 4 cars is located in the shell area along the white fence off 1st Street. 

🧼SUPPLIES: To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.

🐕Pet Policy:
~ 2 dogs of any size welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $300 required (covered 2 dogs)
~ Specific dog breeds and Cats are Not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarias, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf-dog Hybrid).
~ Dog-friendly home, but no dogs allowed on the beach.
