This home is also located right next to Constitution Park – This park offers cooking facilities with restrooms that may be rented for special occasions. Pet Policy:
~ This home allows up to 2 dogs of any size. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 which covers up to 2 pets (max of 2 dogs and no cats allowed).
~ When making the reservation make sure to only pick 1 pet even if you have 2 or it will charge you 2 pet fees.
~ Pet(s) must be disclosed to Sandy Feet VR prior to Guests’ arrival and the weight and breed of dog must be approved by Sandy Feet VR.
~ If Guests come with an unapproved pet they will be charged a $500 pet fee and Sandy Feet VR reserves the right to terminate this Reservation Agreement, and require pet and/or Guests to vacate the
premises immediately.

House Rules:
~ NO SMOKING
~ The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside.
~ Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.
